Illumia is excited to announce the launch of our new System Status Page. You can now access the page either through the Connect Portal (click on System Status) or directly at https://status.illumiatech.com/.
The new page is easier to read, and provides a comprehensive, single view into the system availability status of all Illumia products. While our goal is for our systems to always be available and fully functional, when an issue arises we want to be timely and transparent in our communications with you, and the System Status Page will keep you informed.
If you've previously signed up for system status alerts in the Connect Portal, those alert preferences have been transferred over to the new page. New users can sign up by clicking the Subscribe link in the upper-right corner of the System Status Page.
